ZAGREB, 4 July (Hina) - County heads Željko Kolar and Matija Posavec and Zagreb Mayor Tomislav Tomašević on Thursday warned that more than seven months since they filed complaints, no decision has been made about whether the regulation transferring the founding rights over general hospitals from counties to the state is constitutional.
