ZAGREB, 3 June (Hina) - Zagreb Mayor Tomislav Tomašević on Monday welcomed the High Administrative Court's decision about the city's waste collection model being lawful, dismissing claims by two civil society groups that the model of waste collection rates based on special waste bags was near collapse.
