ZAGREB, 29 May (Hina) - The SDP has moved amendments to the law on the European public prosecutor's powers so decisions on conflicts of competence are made by the High Criminal Court in the first instance and the Supreme Court in the second, rather than by the state attorney general, SDP leader Peđa Grbin said on Wednesday.
