ZAGREB, 22 May (Hina) - Croatian Luka Baković on Wednesday won a bronze medal in the men's Shot Put F46 category at the 2024 World Para Athletics Championships in Kobe, Japan.
This is the biggest sporting success of this 26-yer-old Croatian para-athlete.
Baković thus secured the second medal for Croatia at the Kobe championships.
Last Sunday, Velimir Šandor on Sunday won a silver medal in the men's Discus Throw F52 category.
The 2024 World Para Athletics Championships in Japan has brought together over 1,000 competitors from 100 countries. Croatia is being represented by nine para-athletes.
