During the competition for visually impaired athletes in the Polish city of Sierakow, a total of 83 players from eight countries -- 50 men and 33 women -- took part in the contest.
Croatia's representatives won seven golds, four silvers and two bronze medals.
"Croatia are the reigning champions in the women’s with Ruza Markesic, Nermina Mehulic and Iva Sola returning to defend their crown," the IBSA says on its website.
Mehulić was the most successful Croatian player with four medals: three golds and a silver.
Also, Ivica Frenčić grabbed four medals: two golds and two silvers.
One more Croatian sportsman bagged four medals: Duško Božić with a gold, two silvers and a bronze medal.
