ZAGREB, 9 Oct (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Monday that the fact that President Zoran Milanović had not signed the Constituencies Act on time was a precedent for Milanović, who previously had no problem synchronising the signing with the date of entry into force of other laws.
