ZAGREB, 19 Sept (Hina) - The GONG NGO on Tuesday again warned of a lack of transparency in drafting the new law on constituencies, saying that, after receiving an answer from the Justice Ministry, it has concluded that there was no task force for the new law and that it was devised by "an HDZ state secretary and civil servants."
