ZAGREB, 13 Sept (Hina) - After Health Minister Vili Beroš recently confirmed that all county, general and specialist hospitals would become state hospitals, Krapina-Zagorje County head Željko Kolar said the government's move was unconstitutional and announced a constitutional complaint.
