ZAGREB, 17 May (Hina) - The planned tax reform is aimed at increasing the autonomy of local government units and encouraging competition among them, and citizens will be allowed to choose as their place of residence those units that suit them in terms of taxes, Finance Minister Marko Primorac said on Wednesday.
