ZAGREB, 21 April (Hina) - Spain, one of the five EU countries that do not recognise Kosovo, does not recognise Kosovo passports either and holders of those passports will not be able to travel to Spain even after visa requirements for Kosovo have been lifted, with the European Commission noting that the issue is within the remit of the member states.
