ZAGREB, 13 April (Hina) - The Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds, Šime Erlić, said on Thursday that funds from the European envelope in the new financial perspective would be used as a major investment lever in achieving climate neutrality and reducing CO2 emissions and the consumption of energy from fossil fuels.
