ZAGREB, 11 April (Hina) - Total deposits held by commercial banks in Croatia rose by a record HRK 68.2 billion (€9.05 bn) in 2022, while total bank assets increased by a record HRK 71.3 billion (€9.46 bn), but bank profits fell by HRK 0.3 billion (€39.8 mn) compared with 2021, the Croatian National Bank's Council said on Tuesday.
