ZAGREB, 23 March (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina has asked Turkey to extradite retired BiH Army General Sakib Mahmuljin, who was in 2022 convicted of war crimes, but he fled the country immediately after the delivery of the verdict, explaining that he needed medical treatment, local media reported on Thursday.
