Pursuant to Article 135 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that:
- the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank will be held on March 14, 2023,
- the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank will be held on March 24, 2023.
At the afore-mentioned meetings, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will consider audited financial statements for the year 2022.
