(hereinafter: CDCC) with its registered office in Zagreb, Heinzelova 62a, VAT ID No. (OIB): 64406809162.
Before the aforementioned acquisition, the Exchange held 1,219 shares or 1.23% of CDCC's share capital.
With this transaction, the Exchange increased its ownership share in CDCC to 1,259 shares or 1.2653%.
