ZAGREB, 7 Feb (Hina) - Justice and Administration Minister Ivan Malenica announced on Tuesday that following today's Constitutional Court ruling the Ministry would start preparing amendments to the Electoral Constituencies Act so that they could be adopted by Parliament by 1 October.
