Considering that INSTITUT IGH, d.d., as the Employer, did not pay the salaries i.e. salary compensation to its employees for December 2022 by the last day of January 2023, the Employer submitted to FINA a Request for forced collection of claims for each employee, together with the calculation of unpaid salary, i.e. salary compensation. With this, INSTITUT IGH, d.d. acted fully in accordance with its legal obligations set forth by the Act on the Protection of Workers' Claims (OG 70/17).
We would also like to point out that the request for forced collection of unpaid salaries, in accordance with legal provisions, has priority in the order of collection of claims, and that the account of INSTITUT IGH, d.d., at the time of submitting the request for forced collection of unpaid salaries was not blocked. FINA is currently acting in accordance with the claims for collection of unpaid salaries.
