ZAGREB, 30 Dec (Hina) - Fortenova Group said in a statement on Friday that pursuant to a ruling by the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam the SBK Art company, through which Russian bank Sberbank holds 42.5% of votes in the Group's shareholders' meetings, cannot vote at Fortenova Group shareholders' meetings.
