ZAGREB, 1 Dec (Hina) - The parental allowances for care for children with developmental disabilities will rise as of 1 January, the law on personal assistance will take effect on 1 July 2023, while the law on inclusive allowance will go in force in January 2014, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Thursday.
