ZAGREB, 14 Nov (Hina) - The Minister of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, Oleg Butković, said on Monday that the construction of the DC 403 road, to connect the Port of Rijeka and its Zagreb terminal with the Škurinje junction and the Rijeka ring road, was going as planned, and that it should be completed next summer.
