ZAGREB, 12 Nov (Hina) - The improved model of post-earthquake self-reconstruction is yielding the first results, Construction Minister Ivan Paladina has told Hina, reiterating that he will be satisfied only when structural reconstruction or replacement house construction begins on almost 100 buildings a month.
