ZAGREB, 7 Nov (Hina) - Montenegrin President Milo Đukanović on Monday referred back to the parliament amendments to the law on the Montenegrin president whereby the parliamentary majority wanted to make Đukanović give the mandate to form a new government to Miodrag Lekić, an MP of the DEMOS party.
