ZAGREB, 17 Oct (Hina) - The value of Croatian agricultural production reached HRK 20.69 billion in 2021, increasing by 13.3% from 2020, the Agriculture Ministry said on Monday, citing the latest, third estimate by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
Agricultural production is the sum value of crop and animal output, agricultural services and the value of inseparable non-agricultural secondary activities, the ministry said.
Last year, the value of crop output rose by 12.9%, while the value of animal output increased by 16.2% compared with 2020.
Gross value added increased by 26.3% to HRK 10.98 billion, while net value added increased by 35.7% from 2020.
