ZAGREB, 12 Oct (Hina) - The Zagreb High Commercial Court has rejected a Finance Ministry appeal against a decision to terminate emergency administration in 46 unsustainable companies of the Agrokor group, which also stated that they incurred tax liabilities of HRK 154.5 million after emergency administration was launched.
