ZAGREB, 5 Oct (Hina) - Ruling HDZ party whip Branko Bačić said on Wednesday that nobody had the obligation to appear before the Anti-Corruption Council for a public hearing as it was not in line with the law, noting that a body that was not authorised to conduct hearings about INA was being abused.
