(hereinafter: the Exchange) with its registered office in Zagreb, Ivana Lučića 2a/22, VAT ID No. (OIB): 84368186611, in accordance with the Capital Market Act, the Exchange Rules and the Resolution of the General Assembly of the Exchange dated June 14, 2022, by which the Exchange Management Board is authorized to acquire own shares during a period of 5 years from the date of the adoption of that Resolution, hereby informs the public about the launch of the Own Shares Buy-Back Program starting as of October 3, 2022 and lasting until October 2, 2023 at the latest.
