There are 5,056 active cases in the country. Among them are 380 infected people who are being treated in hospital, including 13 placed on ventilators, while 3,348 people are self-isolating.
Since 25 February 2020, when the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in Croatia, 1,227,197 people have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 virus, of whom 16,861 have died and 1,205,280 have recovered, including 543 in the last 24 hours.
To date, 59.61 per cent of the total population, or 70.89 per cent of adults, have received one vaccine dose, while 68.87 per cent of the adult population have received two doses.
