Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and the Article 120 of the Exchange Rules, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčevića 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that Milan Tadić, Member of the Management Board of Company, on September 8th 2022 released 470 ordinary shares and on September 9th 2022 released 300 ordinary shares of the Company by trading on Zagreb Stock Exchange.
