ZAGREB, 10 June (Hina) - President Zoran Milanović said on Friday he agreed that Croatia's constitution should be changed, underlining in that context changes to the powers of the Constitutional Court, whose abolishment he advocates, and noting that he would replace it with a constitutional council.
