ZAGREB, 28 April (Hina) - President and supreme commander of the Croatian armed forces Zoran Milanović visited the Dračevac military base in Split for the 31st anniversary of the 4th Army Brigade and an oath-taking ceremony of new recruits, where he said that "Croatia always comes first, before all other alliances and loyalties."
