The tour was organised by the Croatian Consulate in Krakow in partnership with Krakow and Katowice and in cooperation with the Polish folk song and dance ensemble Slask, which will also perform at the concerts, LADO said on Saturday.
This tour was to have taken place last year to mark Croatia's Council of the EU presidency.
LADO director Ileana Jurin Bakotić said the tour was important not just for the presentation of Croatian culture in the EU but also for the first concerts staged outside Croatia since the start of the epidemic.
She underlined the attempts by the Croatian Consul to Poland Pawel Wlodarczyk to promote Croatian culture in Poland and his wish to help the parts of Croatia struck by last year's earthquakes.
