ZAGREB, 10 May (Hina) - The concept of three constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not contrary to the Sejdić-Finci ruling and it is key to the functioning, stability and European journey of that country, Croatia's foreign minister said in Brussels ahead of a discussion of EU ministers on the Western Balkans.
