ZAGREB, 12 February (Hina) - Chief State Prosecutor Zlata Hrvoj Šipek said on Friday that there was no legal basis to file a motion for the protection of legality against a High Misdemeanor Court ruling acquitting singer Marko Perković Thompson of shouting the salute "For the homeland ready" in his song "Bojna Čavoglave".
