INA, d.d. signed a one year extension of the revolving credit facility in the amount of USD 255 million, with unchanged general terms.
USD 300 million revolving credit facility agreement was signed with seven bank groups in December 2018. The facility was arranged as a club deal with a three year tenor and two one-year extension options. New maturity of the credit facility is 10 December 2023.
