ZAGREB, Nov 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Employers Association (HUP) said on Friday the tourism season failed to make up for the big losses and that this year's downturn would exceed the government's 8% projection, while the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) said the situation was bad but in line with global trends.
