ZAGREB, Nov 9 (Hina) - A State Secretary at the Health Ministry and head of the committee for the construction of a new hospital in Rijeka, Zeljko Plazonic, said on Monday during a visit to the construction site of the hospital for gynecology, obstetrics and pediatrics that construction was not significantly slowed down.
