Pursuant to the Article 459 paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette NN 65/2018, 17/2020), Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (hereinafter: "the Company") hereby informs on the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) on the approval of the registration document of the Company.
On 4th of November 2020 Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) adopted a Resolution of class: UP/I 976-02/20-01/07, file number: 326-01-60-62-20-9 by which registration document of the Company has been approved, which Resolution is attached to this notification.
