ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a, (hereinafter: Bank) in accordance with decisions of the competent bodies of the Bank, intends to initiate a new issue of bonds with a planned maturity of five years and list them on the Official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. The Bank plans to issue bonds in order to meet the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL).
The public and the investors will be timely informed on all relevant details of the bonds issuing process and their listing on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
