Since the Czech Republic assumes the six-month rotating EU presidency in the second half of 2022, the Czech police showed an interest in the experience of their Croatian counterparts concerning the planning and organisation of different events during the presidency and specific actions in the event of security threats.
Given that the Croatian presidency had taken place amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Czech delegation were also interested in how the Croatian police handled the crisis and how meetings were arranged.
On Friday, the Czech delegation will visit buildings in which protection measures had been implemented during the Croatian EU presidency.
