Zagreb Stock Exchange, Inc. with its registered office in Ivana Lučića 2a/22, Zagreb, VAT No.: 84368186611 (hereinafter: the Exchange) hereby informs that on September 11, 2020, the Exchange published amended audited consolidated financial statements for 2019 in XLS format.
In the audited consolidated financial statements for 2019 in XLS format published by the Exchange on April 27, 2020, a difference was noticed in the Balance Sheet - balance as at 31 December 2019, compared to the audited consolidated financial statements for 2019 in PDF format. Total assets on AOP 26 in XLS format as at 31 December 2019 are higher by HRK 1,300 thousand than total assets reported in PDF format. The difference relates to double-disclosed financial assets in the amount of HRK 1,302 thousand and the difference in rounding when converting the amount in HRK into thousands of HRK for HRK 2 thousand. The balance in XLS format on AOP 20 Current financial assets as at 31 December 2019 is higher than the balance stated in PDF format by HRK 1,302 thousand (31 December 2018: HRK 0). The difference relates to the reported data on AOP 22 Financial assets at fair value through other comprehensive income. These are long-term financial assets at fair value through other comprehensive income which are stated in the position of AOP 11, so unintentionally the same assets were stated twice in the assets.
It should be noted that the other formats, PDF and XML, are correct.
