Headquartered in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714. notifies that, due to difficult business conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and measures taken to prevent the spread of the disease, the Company was unable to meet the prescribed obligations related to the publication of the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020, within the deadlines and in the manner prescribed by the Capital Market Act.
The company is working intensively on the completion of the annual financial statements for 2019, which it has already informed the public about, and will publish this together with the report for the second quarter of 2020. no later than 31.08.2020.
