Market Act, STANOVI JADRAN d.d., Split, Kralja Zvonimira 14/IX, OIB: 88680117715, (hereinafter: Issuer) hereby delivers this notice of signed purchase agreement for the apartment in Šibenik named apartment 3 or S3 located on the second floor of the south building in Šibenik positioned at the parcel 5224 zk.ul. 7830 k.o. Šibenik, in Šibenik, Obala Palih Omladinaca 5b known as "ex Peškarija".
The size of the apartment is 156,02m², 2nd floor, consisting of an entrance hallway, storeroom, guest toilet, wellness area, kitchen and living room ant three en-suite bedrooms.
The purchase price of the apartment together with belonging exterior area is 937.500 EUR VAT included.
