On the basis of delivered resignation, on 22 April 2020, term of office of the Supervisory Board Chairman Željko Perić and Member Vladimir Maoduš expires. Pursuant to the Articles of Association, Davor Sertić and Mladen Gregović were appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company by shareholder Konsolidator ltd.
The term of office of the newly appointed members begins on 23 April 2020 and runs until 20 June 2022.
