"The authority has made decisions which extend decisions on measures restricting social gathering, the work of shops and services. The decisions apply until May 4," he said at the daily press briefing.
Bozinovic said the decision on the transit of cargo vehicles at border crossings was extended until May 18 but that the model of organised convoys would no longer apply.
Truck drivers will be informed at the border that they can drive only by motorway and stop only at specific locations, he added. "Thereby we will step up border procedures concerning truck transport and we will see to it that there is no abuse and that everybody complies with the measures."
An extraordinary line for cargo transport between Zadar and Ancona will be introduced on April 26, Bozinovic said.
