As emphasised in the announcement, the book titled "Four stories and one comedy" contains a selection from the vast body of work created by the prolific author in the last four decades.
"I am happy that despite the difficulties faced by the entire world, the KLIN publishing house has continued cooperating with the Croatian author whose works are most widely translated and most widely performed in theatre," the editor and translator, Sanja Kregar, said on the occasion.
The book launch, which should have been held this May in Amsterdam in the presence of writer Gavran, has been postponed for now due to the coronavirus pandemic, but it will take place as soon as circumstances change.
