Michel, von der Leyen and Plenkovic, as the prime minister of the country chairing the Council of the EU, agreed that the EU's ability to make decisions must be retained but that institutions' work must be adjusted to the current situation to minimise the risk of the spreading of the coronavirus.
At the more important meetings that will be held measures will be taken to provide for the safety of participants.
Five meetings scheduled to take place until the end of the month are considered important and will be held.
