Zagreb Airport again best in Europe according to passengers' satisfaction

Author: Lana Lončarić

ZAGREB, March 9 (Hina) - Zagreb's Franjo Tudjman Airport has been declared for the second year in a row the best in Europe in the category of airports with between 2 and 5 million passengers, according to a survey conducted by the Airports Council International (ACI), the airport reported on Monday.

The Airports Council International (ACI) regularly conducts ACI/ASQ (Airport Service Quality) surveys on passengers' satisfaction.

Zagreb International Airport (MZLZ) won the 2019 ASQ Award in the Best Airport in Europe by Size and Region category, which it had won in 2018 as well. The airport had also won the ACI/ASQ Award in 2017, in the Most Improved Airport category.

This accomplishment is a testament to the importance of and commitment to offering services to passengers, which has become the priority of everyone at Franjo Tudjman Airport in their daily work. We are proud that passengers and service users have recognised this once again in the ACI/ASQ survey. The award has been awarded just before the third anniversary of the opening of a new passenger terminal, which has since its opening served almost 10 million passengers, said Huseyin Bahadir Bedir, the president of the airport's management board.
