ZAGREB, March 8 (Hina) - The average pay for women is 13% lower than the pay for their male counterparts in Croatia, and pension allowances for women are in general by a fifth lower, nongovernmental organisations for women's rights and the ombudswoman for gender equality warn on the occasion of International Women's Day, observed on 8 March.
