ZAGREB, Dec 20 (Hina) - INA and the Italian company KT - Kinetics Technology on Friday signed a HRK 3.3 billion kuna agreement on the construction of a heavy residue conversion unit at the Rijeka oil refinery, and the whole project is estimated at HRK 4 billion, the leading Croatian oil and gas group says in a press release.
