ZAGREB, Nov 22 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Friday that the European People's Party (EPP) congress, held in Zagreb on Wednesday and Thursday, was not held in the Croatian capital because of the principle of rotation but because his HDZ party proposed it and the EPP accepted the proposal "because it respects Croatia", which was yet another example confirming that Croatia was not a passive observer but a doer in the EU.
